Project Manager - Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000
Capstone Recruitment UK are working on behalf of a fast-growing developer and general contractor delivering high-quality projects throughout Napa Valley and Northern California. This is a great opportunity for a UK Project Manager to support the successful delivery of premium residential and hospitality developments across California.
The position offers exposure to landmark luxury developments while providing a genuine long-term career path. As the company continues to expand its UK-based pre-construction and project management function, there is clear progression toward a future leadership role within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of luxury residential and hospitality projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate design teams and manage project programmes
- Support cost management, budgeting, and commercial reporting
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Assist with procurement activities and tender processes
- Provide support to site-based Project Managers and supervisors
- Identify project risks, monitor progress, and help drive successful project outcomes
About You
- 4–6 years’ experience within project management consultancy, client-side, or development environments
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery and coordination
- Experience within residential and/or hospitality sectors
- Commercially minded, organised, and proactive in approach
- Comfortable working remotely as part of an international team
- Ambitious, adaptable, and motivated by long-term growth opportunities
Location
UK-based role with remote working flexibility (London or South East preferred).
