Lead the delivery of some of Europe's most advanced data centre projects.

An internationally recognised engineering and construction contractor is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join its growing team in Frankfurt.

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on major hyperscale and mission-critical developments, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of complex MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the MEP delivery strategy on large-scale data centre developments, working closely with Project Directors, clients, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role offers genuine autonomy, significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence the delivery of projects that are helping shape Europe's digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major MEP packages throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage design coordination, technical reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Oversee tender evaluations, subcontractor procurement and contract negotiations.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary contractors and specialist supply chain partners.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and delivery programmes.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and technical compliance.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Lead project close-out, commissioning support and successful handover to operations.

About You

We're looking for an experienced MEP project leader who can confidently manage complex engineering packages within large construction environments.

You'll ideally have:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7-10+ years' experience delivering major MEP construction projects.
• Previous experience leading large, complex projects from tender through to completion.
• Strong understanding of design management, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing programme, budget, quality and project controls.
• Excellent commercial awareness and contract management capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project and other project management tools.
• Previous experience delivering data centres, mission critical, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing or other highly technical construction projects would be highly advantageous.
