Dallas Up to $150,000 plus package Permanent

Job Reference: 11113

Position: Scheduler – Data Center Construction

Location: Dallas, Texas (travel required)

Can you build a programme that a mission critical project can actually deliver?

The best schedulers don't just update programmes, they influence outcomes.

We're partnering with a leading international design & build contractor delivering some of the most technically complex data center projects in North America, where planning excellence directly impacts project success.

They're looking for an exceptional Scheduler to become the planning authority across major construction projects.

This isn't a role for someone who simply knows Primavera P6.

This is for someone who:

  • Can build world-class programmes from first principles.
  • Understands logic, constraints and dependencies instinctively.
  • Spots critical path risks before anyone else.
  • Can challenge Project Directors with confidence.
  • Turns complex construction programmes into clear, deliverable plans.

The Opportunity

You'll own the planning process from concept through commissioning, developing, maintaining and analysing detailed construction schedules that keep some of North America's most complex projects on track.

Working alongside Project Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents and clients, you'll become the trusted expert for programme strategy, schedule analysis and project forecasting.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain fully integrated Primavera P6 programmes from design through commissioning.
  • Develop logical work breakdown structures, sequencing and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Own critical path analysis and identify opportunities to accelerate delivery.
  • Produce recovery programmes and mitigation strategies when required.
  • Lead schedule review meetings with project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards and progress updates.
  • Support claims analysis, risk management and earned value reporting.
  • Help drive planning best practice across a growing business.

What you’ll bring:

Primavera P6 is essential.

We're looking for someone who genuinely stands out.

You'll ideally have:

  • 5+ years' experience in construction planning, scheduling or project controls.
  • Expert-level Primavera P6 capability.
  • Experience delivering complex design-build, EPC or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence senior project teams.
  • A proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
