Sai is a Talent Delivery Consultant within Capstone’s Project Management team. Her primary focus is on sourcing and supporting Assistant Project Managers through to Partner-level roles, specialising in project and programme management across the built environment.
She graduated from Regent’s University London with a Master’s degree in Psychology, which underpins her strong understanding of people, motivations, and professional decision-making.
With a background in recruitment, Sai brings hands-on experience working closely with both clients and candidates. She is particularly passionate about building meaningful candidate relationships and takes a consultative, supportive approach, guiding individuals through the recruitment process from start to finish.
