£651 - £70000 per annum Hertfordshire, EnglandSenior Contracts Manager Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + package (inc. monthly bonus structure) Location: Kings Langley, Hertfordshire Capstone are currently recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, growing sub-contractor specialising in the design, supply and installation of cladding. They are seeking a highly motivated, committed, positive and collaborative individual to join their expanding team. This position has become vacant due to internal promotion alongside a high volume of project work and an expanding contract portfolio. The Contracts Manager will report directly to the General Manager and sit within the management team. It is essential you have a passion for continuous improvement, together with the excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to successfully undertake this senior and influential role. You will line manage a small but busy team of Project Managers and assistants enabling them to deliver multiple project portfolios to our customers - mainly contractors and developers in the new-build residential and other construction markets. You will need to focus on supporting the Project Managers to deliver numerous projects within tight deadlines, contractual constraints, and budgets to ensure we meet customer expectations.
