Capstone has an extensive track record in helping candidates and clients within real estate functions, whether they be for consultancies, funds, developers, end users or family offices; maximising value of real estate assets.

Having spent the last few decades working alongside some of the largest names in real estate, our Real Estate team has a unique blend of industry and recruitment experience that enables them to make connections across the sector.

I have had the benefit of working with Capstone on a recent search for a Head of Property based in Hamburg. I felt that Capstone was genuinely an extension of my team, dedicating themselves to truly understanding our requirements both in terms of technical expertise but also culture fit for the business. They fully understood what we were looking for even though it was a little challenging. I had complete faith that when the shortlist was delivered, it would be of high quality and I was not disappointed.

Project Accountant, Candidate

"Matt Cary is the type of personable recruiter you want to talk to when you are between jobs or looking for change. No recruiter has ever provided me with a turnaround so fast, from the time he got my resume to my referral for an interview. Thank you, Matt; we need more of you in this industry in our country."

Associate Cost Manager, Candidate

"Annabel has helped me with my next career move, offering the right opportunities and supporting me all along. She is a great professional who has the candidate's interests in mind. I would recommend her and Capstone any time. Thank you!"

Cost & Contract Manager, Candidate

"I dealt with Charlie, who I approached following discovering that I would be made redundant from work. Charlie provided me with several options and lined up interviews with prospective employers interested in speaking to me. I found Charlie extremely professional and attentive, and they provided me with many opportunities. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie and Capstone to others."
