"Oli is very professional yet friendly and reliable in each interaction. He clearly articulates the job description, role expectations, and company culture. His interaction made me confident that I was choosing the right profile and company. Great qualities of a recruiter!"

Development Manager, Candidate

Capstone have consistently been a pleasure to deal with; they're warm, friendly and approachable, yet also take the time to really listen to and understand requirements. They took a very specific brief from me and surpassed all expectations in first finding a role which met the brief and then supporting me through the recruitment process. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Capstone to any Building Surveyor in search of a new role.

"Sam’s rapport-building and professionalism made him really stand out from so many other recruiters out there, and I can honestly say I trust him! I did not feel rushed and would definitely use Sam in the future and refer him to other colleagues and connections of mine."

Learning & Development Manager, Candidate

Recruiting the best talent was a key strategic priority for us in order to drive our rapid growth plans within the US Data Center industry. Having worked with many recruitment partners, Capstone stands out thanks to their commitment to understanding the business and role requirements. Without Capstone, it would not have been possible to bring in some of the talent we have in the company.

"Would like to thank Phoebe for all her work. She was very helpful in preparing me for my interview. Dealing with various recruiters over the years, she came across really well and was not pushy. She was persistent in a good way, which is what I like recruiters to be, but didn't overly spam me. Will definitely work with Phoebe again."
