Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager

Salary: $135,000-$150,000 + Bonus

We are representing a rapidly expanding Cost Consultancy headquartered in New York, with offices across the US and an impressive portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients. Our client is now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join their New York office, supporting the delivery of premium commercial fit-out and workplace projects across Manhattan and wider NYC.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering full pre and post-contract cost management services across high-end commercial interiors and workplace fit-out projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation, and contract administration
• Managing day-to-day commercial oversight of multiple projects
• Producing and presenting cost reports to clients and stakeholders
• Managing variations, change control, and contractor negotiations
• Supporting procurement and tender processes
• Conducting monthly valuations and assisting with final accounts
• Working closely with Project Managers and wider delivery teams throughout construction phases
• Building strong client relationships with leading corporate occupiers and developers

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Strong pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience delivering commercial fit-out / workplace / interiors projects
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a growing consultancy environment
• Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
