Partner – Interiors | London

London Competitive Contract

Partner – Interiors | London

A leading, design-led construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Partner to join its established London team, focused on delivering high-profile interior projects across a diverse client base.

This role sits within a specialist interiors division delivering complex, design-driven schemes ranging from multi-floor HQ fit-outs through to luxury hospitality environments and high-end retail spaces. Projects are fast-paced, detail-led, and consistently at the forefront of design quality.

You will work closely alongside other Partners within the business, collaborating to lead and grow the interiors offering while shaping the strategic direction of the London team. The environment is highly collaborative, with shared leadership across major clients and key accounts.

Clients span global technology firms, internationally recognised designer brands, and premium hotel operators, with work that demands a strong balance of technical delivery, commercial acumen, and design sensitivity.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of high-value, design-led interior fit-out projects across London and internationally
  • Work alongside other Partners to shape and grow the interiors division
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, managing and developing long-term relationships
  • Drive business development and secure new opportunities through your network and market presence
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring excellence in delivery, quality, and commercial performance

About You

  • Proven experience operating at Director or Partner level within a construction consultancy
  • Strong track record delivering high-end interior fit-out projects (commercial HQs, hospitality, retail)
  • Established client network across corporate occupiers, luxury retail, hospitality, or tech sectors
  • Commercially strong with a proven ability to win and deliver work
  • Strong design appreciation and experience working closely with architects and design teams

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a highly respected consultancy, offering the chance to work alongside an established partner group, shape a growing interiors business, and deliver some of the most design-led projects in the market.
