Capstone Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their in-house project delivery team.
Backed by a leading global investor, the business is embarking on an ambitious European growth strategy, with plans to significantly expand its portfolio over the coming years. As a result, they are seeking an experienced project professional to deliver refurbishment and capital projects across multiple live hospitality venues.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead projects ranging from £500k to £8m across a European portfolio, managing schemes from inception through to completion. This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to projects and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver refurbishment and fit-out projects across live hospitality environments
• Manage consultants, contractors and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee programme, budget and quality performance
• Produce detailed reporting for senior leadership and investor stakeholders
• Support design coordination and provide commercial oversight
• Mentor and develop a junior Project Manager within the team
• Travel regularly across Europe to oversee projects on site
About You
• Proven experience delivering hotel, hospitality or leisure projects
• Strong track record working within live operational environments
• Technically strong with excellent attention to detail
• Exposure to cost management and project controls
• MRICS preferred
• Basic CAD/design knowledge would be advantageous
• European language skills, particularly German, would be beneficial
• Comfortable travelling internationally and working autonomously
