Senior Quantity Surveyor - Energy Infrastructure
Location: London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy delivering major energy infrastructure projects across the UK.
Working within a specialist team, you will support the delivery of high-profile projects including substations, nuclear facilities, high-voltage and subsea cabling, transformers, and overhead transmission lines.
The Role
- Provide commercial and cost management services from inception to final account.
- Deliver both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
- Manage procurement, valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.
- Administer contracts and manage project risk across complex infrastructure schemes.
About You
- Experience within energy, utilities or major infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of projects involving substations, HV cabling, nuclear, transformers or transmission networks.
- Strong understanding of NEC and FIDIC contracts.
- Experience across both front-end and post-contract delivery.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualified (preferred).
