I am keen to speak with Directors who possess expertise in overseeing the development of Mixed-Use, Commercial, Hospitality, Data Centre, Life Science, and/or Residential projects. This opportunity involves joining a global real-estate brokerage firm with an industry-established Cost Management division.

The successful candidate will have experience in performing as part of a dedicated consultancy team, specialising in commercial projects. They should have a proven track record of acquiring work from both existing and new clients. The team operates at a fast pace, boasts an enviable client list, and is experiencing a growing workload, presenting ample opportunities for career progression and quick development.

You will need to demonstrate recent and relevant experience working on projects of appropriate scale, as well as possess effective communication skills to engage with clients, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, supporting colleagues in various technical and knowledge management initiatives will be encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have a technical and experience-based QS/CM background. They will have a solid understanding of the numerous design standards and be able to communicate advice appropriately and effectively. MRICS achievement or aspiration is preferred but not necessarily mandatory for the right individual.


  • A track record of delivering appropriately sized projects for occupier and/or investor clients.
  • Support the production of proposals, bids and RfP responses.
  • Demonstrable Business Development network and desire to grow a team around you.
  • Work with clients, design teams and contractors to optimise solutions.
  • Ability to assess and understand design proposals and advise on associated risk.
  • Ability to advise clients and stakeholders on procurement & contract strategy.
  • Undertake data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management.
  • Experience of delivering high quality services from inception to completion.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Willing to integrate into a dynamic, engaged and supportive team.
