Behind every mission critical project are people making a positive difference: mentoring others, sharing knowledge, raising standards, supporting communities and finding smarter, more sustainable ways to move the industry forward.
The Mission Critical 100 will recognise 100 of these individuals and share the stories behind their contribution.

The mission critical sector is growing rapidly, but its progress is driven by far more than projects, technology and infrastructure. It is driven by people.
Some are visible voices within the industry. Others are making an equally important contribution behind the scenes: looking after their teams, creating opportunities, helping others develop and using their influence to make the sector more collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking.
These contributions do not always receive the recognition they deserve. The Mission Critical 100 was created to change that.
The campaign will recognise 100 individuals over the following 12 months, sharing their work and contributions.
Who are we looking to recognise?
\\ This is not about seniority, job titles or having the highest industry profile. It is about meaningful, positive impact.
You might nominate someone who is:
- Mentoring or supporting the next generation
- Creating opportunities through education or apprenticeships
- Championing smarter or more sustainable solutions
- Supporting local communities
- Sharing knowledge and helping others develop
- Raising standards within the industry
- Looking after and investing in their teams
- Making the sector more collaborative, inclusive or forward-thinking
- Giving their time to help others succeed
These are examples rather than a fixed checklist. If someone is making a genuine difference within their sphere of influence, we want to hear their story.
Who can submit a nomination?

Anyone can nominate an individual for the Mission Critical 100. What matters most is not who submits the nomination, but the story behind it and the impact the nominee is making
