Job Title: Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Capstone has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a global real estate consultancy firm based in London to work on commercial fit out projects on behalf of commercial real estate occupiers, owners, and investors as well as exposure to the Arts & Heritage sector.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of commercial fit-out projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Experience in commercial fit-out or with arts and heritage experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full project life-cycle, including project planning, design, construction, and close-out
• Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to
• Manage project stakeholders and ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as necessary
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, architects, engineers, and other project team member
• Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within a consultancy or contractor
• A construction related degree would be advantageous
• Experience in commercial fit-out or with arts and heritage projects would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong project management skills, including budget management, schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder management
