Job Title: Project Manager - Life Sciences

Location: Central London

Package: Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits

About the Role:

Our client, a leading national real estate firm, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Central London and focus on the delivery of Life Sciences projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple life sciences construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, within budget, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full lifecycle of life sciences construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.

Manage the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that they are performing to the required standards.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you will have a relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on life sciences construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
