Associate Project Manager - Consultancy

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Central London

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their London team. This role offers the chance to be part of a vibrant, supportive team and work on a diverse array of prestigious & high-value projects. The Role:

In this position, you will oversee large-scale new build office and residential developments, collaborating with some of London's most esteemed clients from project inception to completion. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the JCT Design and Build contract form and experience as a Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent. This role demands excellent client interaction, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead construction projects from inception to completion.

- Report directly to senior stakeholders.

- Possess extensive knowledge of JCT Design & Build contracts.

- Experience working as an Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator.

- Demonstrate a strong grasp of essential project management concepts, tools, and techniques.

Attributes:

- Ideally, you will hold a degree and be chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA).

- A minimum of 7 years' experience within a developer or consultancy.

- A consultative and collaborative approach to project management.
