Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London - West End

Package: Salary up to £85,000 plus bonus and benefits package

Our client, one of the most exciting construction consultancies in the market, has instructed us in the search for a Senior Project Manager, to join their established team with a substantial pipeline of work consisting of Tier 1 Central London development projects. The successful candidate will find themselves working alongside industry leaders, true mentors, who have spent years building excellent business relationships with some of London's most prominent and exciting developers.

This position will provide an opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including commercial offices (new build and cut and carve), residential, hospitality and high-profile mixed-use developments. You will be given a chance to lead the delivery of your own schemes and put your name to some of the most significant construction projects in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience delivering construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Reporting into senior stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of JCT Design & Build contract form
• Experience working as an Employers Agent or Contract Administrator
• Good working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and techniques

Attributes

• Ideally you will be degree educated and chartered (MRICS, MCIOB,MAPM,RIBA)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working for either a developer, consultancy, or construction company
• A consultative approach
