Role: Associate Director, Quantity Surveyor | Consultancy

Location: London

Capstone are partnering with a leading consultancy, who specialise in Project Management, Building and Quantity Surveying. Our client has successfully delivered projects in the residential sector, providing specialised advice and assistance at every stage of the project, from procurement to finalisation.

Our client is seeking a chartered Associate Director Cost Consultant to join their growing London office. This organisation can provide excellent progression opportunities in the future.

Responsibilities

• Undertake feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans.
• Understand & communicate risk associated with design proposals.
• Deliver post contract duties including payment, cost reporting and contract administration.
• Work closely with clients, design teams and contractors to optimise solutions.
• Experience of project procurement and differing routes available.
• Identify better buying, value management and supply chain opportunities.
• Undertake data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management.
• Manage and own client relationships.
• Support with Business Development, internally and externally.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MRICS Qualified Quantity surveying .
• Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and construction processes.
• Expertise in the different stages of construction projects, starting from pre-construction planning and acquisition, through construction, completion, and eventual handover.
• Individuals who can lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Skilled in developing Client and other project relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in industry software and tools.
• A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
