Salary: $80,000-$105,000 + Bonus + Per Diem + Relocation Support

We are working with a leading international construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an Assistant Cost Manager to support the delivery of one of the largest data center developments undertaken to date.
Based in Portsmouth, Ohio, this is an opportunity to gain experience on a major, long-term data center programme, working alongside an established team of Cost Management professionals.
Our client has a strong pipeline of projects across the US and offers excellent opportunities for career progression.
The Role

Supporting the commercial management of a major data center development.

Assisting with cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Supporting procurement and tendering activities.

Reviewing contractor payment applications and change orders.

Working closely with Senior Cost Managers and project stakeholders.

Gaining exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle.
Requirements

Experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related commercial role.

Background in consultancy, general contracting or major construction projects.

Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.

Data center experience is advantageous but not essential.

Willingness to be based in Portsmouth, Ohio.
