Our client is a leading development and project management consultancy, renowned for delivering some of the world’s most prestigious ultra-luxury hospitality and residential destinations. They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their high-performing team, supporting the delivery of landmark five-star hotel and branded residence schemes at the pinnacle of the global luxury market.

This is a rare opportunity to work within the ultra-prime hospitality sector, delivering design-led, internationally recognised assets where quality, detail, and guest experience are paramount.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of high-value luxury hospitality projects (£50m+), with a strong focus on design excellence, guest experience, and high-end fit-out. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, operators, and world-class design teams, taking ownership across key stages of the project lifecycle.

This role is particularly suited to someone with a strong appreciation for luxury design, spatial experience, and the operational requirements of premium hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support early-stage feasibility, concept development, and operator coordination
  • Lead design management across architecture, interiors, and specialist consultants
  • Coordinate high-end FF&E, bespoke finishes, and brand standards
  • Manage consultant teams through planning, procurement, and delivery phases
  • Oversee procurement strategies, contractor engagement, and appointments
  • Drive programme management, ensuring critical milestones are achieved
  • Work closely with cost consultants on budgets, value engineering, and tender processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and brand/operator requirements
  • Maintain design integrity and exceptional quality throughout delivery

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience within consultancy, developer, or client-side environments
  • Exposure to luxury hospitality, hotels, or high-end residential projects
  • Strong design management capability, particularly across interiors and fit-out
  • Background in architecture, interiors, or design management preferred
  • Understanding of JCT contracts and delivery routes
  • Familiar with RIBA stages and full project lifecycle delivery
  • Professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/MCIOB) or working towards is advantageous
  • Highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident managing premium stakeholders

Why Join?

  • Deliver globally recognised ultra-luxury hospitality assets
  • Work alongside leading operators, designers, and consultants in the sector
  • Gain exposure to design-led, experience-driven developments
  • Clear progression within a highly regarded, international consultancy
