Senior Project Manager 

London | £65,000–£75,000 + Package

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing independent Project & Cost Management consultancy in London.

The business has established an excellent reputation for delivering high-profile and technically complex developments, working alongside leading UK developers, investors and occupiers across commercial offices, mixed-use, hospitality, life sciences and residential.

This is a genuinely hands-on, client-facing Project Management role offering full cradle-to-grave responsibility. Rather than being one part of a large delivery team, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from initial feasibility and design through procurement, construction, completion and handover.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead high-quality commercial office fit-out, refurbishment and repositioning projects
• Take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
• Work directly with leading developers, investors and occupiers
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors
• Manage projects under JCT contracts, including Contract Administration

About You

• 7+ years’ Project Management experience
• A strong background within a Project Management / construction consultancy
• Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and Contract Administration
• Genuine cradle-to-grave project delivery experience
• Strong procurement and tendering experience
• Confidence operating directly with clients, consultants and main contractors
• Strong technical and commercial understanding
• The ability to independently drive projects and make informed decisions
• MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent professional accreditation would be highly advantageous
