Senior Project Lead – Residential Remediation Scheme

Location: East London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with experience across sectors including residential, industrial, logistics, and data centers is seeking a Senior Project Lead to oversee a large-scale residential remediation scheme in East London. The company focuses on organic growth and successful project delivery across international markets, with a strong financial foundation and global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the residential remediation scheme, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to completion, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee a multi-company team, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of the project.
• Report regularly to foreign investors, providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout the remediation process.
• Provide leadership, fostering effective communication and problem-solving within the project team.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential development and remediation, with a track record of large-scale project delivery.
• Experience managing multi-company teams and reporting to foreign investors.
• Strong understanding of the UK’s regulatory environment for residential remediation projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate challenges and drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications (MRICS, MCIOB) desirable.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role on remediation projects.
