Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Central London

Capstone is excited to collaborate with a prominent leader in project management services based in Central London. This firm specialises in delivering CAT A & B projects to the highest standards and provides consultancy services to some of the UK's top investors, developers, occupiers, and funds. With a talented team of close to 40, they operate from a modern and contemporary office in the heart of London.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on a diverse range of projects for an impressive portfolio of clients. This is an established and growing team that excels in fostering professional development and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing commercial new build and fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Reporting daily project activities to senior management.
• Applying a comprehensive understanding of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.

Desired Attributes:

• Ideally, candidates will hold a degree and relevant chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM, RIBA).
• Proficiency in managing data using Microsoft Office applications.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional work and supporting the team.
• High attention to detail with experience in report formatting.
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
