Major Infrastructure Projects | London & Southeast
We're working with a number of high-profile consultancies in London and the Southeast that are actively hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors (SQS) for major projects across aviation, power, residential, and commercial sectors.
If you have experience delivering pre- and post-contract services on the consultancy side and are ready to take on exciting and complex schemes — we want to hear from you.
Current Opportunities Include:
Aviation (London Airports)
Join a major projects team working on the expansion and refurbishment of airport terminals. Long-term opportunities across multiple airport sites.
Power & Utilities (NEC experience preferred)
Work on large-scale energy and utility infrastructure schemes, supporting NEC contract administration.
Residential / PBSA / Commercial (London)
Lead cost management on high-end residential, mixed-use, and PBSA developments across Central London. Salary ranges from £65,000 to £75,000, depending on experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5+ years experience in cost consultancy
✅ Strong NEC or JCT contract experience
✅ Experience working on large-scale or complex infrastructure projects
✅ MRICS is a plus, but not essential
✅ UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
