We’re working with a highly regarded cost and project management consultancy known for its collaborative ethos, forward-thinking approach, and commitment to excellence. With a strong pipeline of work in the Retail and Education sectors, they’re seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role for someone with 1–4 years’ experience (including placement year) who’s eager to grow across both pre- and post-contract stages, gain exposure to diverse projects, and work toward chartership.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting cost planning, feasibility studies, and estimates
• Preparing BoQs, tender documents, and conducting measurements
• Assisting with procurement and contract administration
• Contributing to cost control, reporting, and risk/value management
• Attending site visits and client meetings with senior team members
What You’ll Bring
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience in a consultancy or client-side setting
• Motivation to complete APC and achieve MRICS status
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
