The Company
A boutique cost consultancy led by experienced Directors with decades of industry knowledge. The business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Central London, with an ambition to remain specialist, agile, and best-in-class.
The Role
The team is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join them at an exciting stage of growth. This role will provide exposure to a range of refurbishment and new build projects, with the chance to work closely alongside senior leadership in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Supporting procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
- Managing costs, reporting, and client communication.
- Taking responsibility for workstreams with the opportunity to progress quickly.
Candidate Profile
- Ideally newly MRICS (though strong candidates from graduate to Senior QS will be considered).
- Consultancy background preferred, with commercial project experience an advantage.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment.
