Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial management of projects from start to finish.
• Provide cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering advice.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
