The Opportunity
The business is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to support continued growth across a diverse project portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a growing UK team, gain direct client exposure, and play a key role in shaping both projects and the wider business.
The role suits someone ambitious, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a lean environment where responsibility and progression come quickly.
Key Responsibilities
● Deliver projects from early feasibility through to completion
● Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
● Manage programmes, budgets, risk, and reporting
● Support Directors with client relationships and repeat business
● Work across multiple sectors, adapting to varied project requirements
● Contribute to the growth and development of the UK team
Project Sectors Projects currently include:
● CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs
● Workplace projects
● Logistics and industrial facilities
About You
● Senior Project Manager with approximately 5+ years’ experience
● Strong core project management fundamentals (“good bones”)
● JCT Contract Administration experience is required
● Background from consultancy, main contractor (e.g. CA), or architectural practice considered
● Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded
● Comfortable working closely with clients and senior stakeholders
● Personality-led hire – collaborative, driven, and adaptable
● Interest in developing business development skills over time (not essential from day one)
