Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

Role Requirements

Delivery-focused SPM with experience managing contractors and subcontractors

Strong technical grounding; main contracting, MEP, design, or engineering backgrounds preferred

Employer’s Agent experience highly valued

Confident, client-facing, autonomous, and commercially minded
Key Responsibilities

Lead projects independently

Manage subcontractors and consultants

Maintain strong client relationships
