The Role
We are seeking a Project Director to lead high-profile workplace and commercial fit-out schemes. The position involves full lifecycle delivery, acting as the senior client interface while coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early briefing and feasibility through to completion and handover
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing trusted, long-term relationships
• Oversee design development, procurement and construction to ensure delivery on programme and budget
• Lead multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
• Provide commercial oversight, risk management and executive reporting
• Support business objectives through consistent, best-in-class project delivery

Project Types

• Large commercial interior refurbishments
• CAT A and CAT B fit-outs
• Corporate workplace environments
• High-value schemes typically ranging from 10,000 – 100,000 sq ft
• Projects often involving complex phasing, landlord interface and asset repositioning

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience operating at Project Director or senior leadership level
• Strong track record delivering commercial fit-out or workplace projects
• MRICS preferred
• Highly credible, client-facing and commercially aware
• Comfortable operating within structured, corporate environments and large teams
