Location: Central London – Site Based
Day Rate: £200 per day
Project Overview
We are seeking a proactive Document Controller to join the delivery team on one of London’s most iconic super-prime residential properties.
This project involves luxury interiors of the highest standard, with bespoke finishes and specialist wellness/leisure facilities. Many of the materials and services are procured internationally, requiring meticulous record-keeping and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, version control, and distribution in line with company and project protocols.
- Upload and track documents, drawings, and correspondence using the project’s document management system.
- Ensure the latest revisions are available to the project team and trade contractors.
- Monitor document submission timelines and follow up with relevant stakeholders to avoid delays.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks, including meeting minutes, registers, and progress trackers.
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth document flow.
Required Experience
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, ideally on high-end residential, hospitality, or fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Asite, 4Projects, Viewpoint, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, high-quality delivery environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools.
