Project Manager – Data Centres & Industrial Projects

Salary: Approx £55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

We are partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy delivering complex, high-value new build projects across the mission-critical and industrial sectors. Due to an expanding pipeline of data centre and industrial developments, they are seeking a Project Manager to help lead on project delivery across multiple schemes.

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, overseeing delivery from design through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of new build data centre and industrial projects

•Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate MEP systems integration

•Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles

•Monitor and control project progress, risks, and budgets

•Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards

•Support business development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

•Proven experience managing data centre and/or industrial/logistics projects

•Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination within complex builds

•Experience in consultancy or client-side project management (contractor experience also considered)

•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

•Comfortable working across multiple locations in the UK and Europe

•Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
