Job Title: Project Manager - (Landlord Representative)
Location: London
Salary: Up to £45,000
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work in a Landlord Representative capacity joining a specialist project management team delivering property projects across London. This role focuses on representing the landlord’s interests during tenant fit-outs within shell and core retail or office units, acting as the key link between landlords, tenants, and professional teams.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of London’s most high-profile new build office and mixed-use developments, supporting the delivery of spaces for major blue-chip occupiers and leading retail brands.
This is not a traditional construction project management role. Instead, it is centred around coordination, communication, and ensuring landlord requirements are met throughout the tenant delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between landlords and incoming tenants during the fit-out process.
Oversee the journey from initial tenant briefing through to occupation and handover.
Review tenant proposals and ensure works comply with landlord and building requirements.
Coordinate with consultants including structural engineers, technical teams, and legal advisers.
Manage both pre-agreed and post-agreement tenant changes.
Advise landlords on best practice throughout the tenant fit-out process.
Ensure projects progress smoothly despite evolving project details and timelines.
About You
Experience in property, real estate, or built environment projects (retail or office environments preferred).
Understanding of buildings and fit-out processes, even if not from a construction background.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving project information.
Experience working on multi-tenanted buildings is advantageous but not essential.
