Project Manager – Landlord Representative

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Package 

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a Project & Cost Management Consultancy that is at the heart of some of the UK’s most high-profile office and retail projects. Our client is seeking a Landlord Representative Project Manager who can act as the key point of contact between landlords and incumbent tenants. The purpose of this role is to represent the landlord to ensure that incumbent tenants adhere to the design briefs working at both front end and post contract, managing risks and overseeing the tenants fit out. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the landlord’s representative during tenant fit-out works in shell and core retail or office units

• Manage the process from initial tenant briefing through to occupation and handover

• Coordinate with professional teams including structural engineers, building surveyors, and M&E consultants

• Act as the interface between landlords, tenants and technical teams

• Advise landlords on best practice, risk management, and fit-out strategy

• Manage evolving information and incomplete details as projects develop

• Support delivery across both retail and commercial office projects, including major office schemes
  
  

About You

• Background in property, fit-out project management, tenant coordination, or development support

• Strong understanding of extracting building information

• Experience coordinating tenants in multi-tenanted buildings is highly desirable

• Experience working on new-build projects is preferable but not essential

• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• MRICS / APC progress is welcome but not essential
