Senior Project Manager
London – Hybrid working (3 Days in London)
Upto £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Capstone’s project Management team are working with a world-renowned Project Management consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex projects across sectors including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, technology (data centres), and commercial sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high profile projects with a consultancy that has sustainability rooted in its core and is well recognised for shaping a better built environment through innovation and collaboration.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of large-scale building projects (£20m–£100m+).
- Oversee design, procurement, and construction stages.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractor performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
- Support business development and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
(Due to the nature of some projects, you must hold or be eligible for UK Government SC Security Clearance.)
Attributes
- 7+ years’ experience managing complex building projects.
- Proven success delivering £20m+ capital projects.
- Strong stakeholder and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Degree (2:1 or above) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
- Chartered (or working towards) with APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA, or CIOB.
- Experience in sustainable design or organisational change projects is a bonus.
