Capstone is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic consultancy team, focusing on retail projects, ideally with experience within the supermarket sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in project management within consultancy, who enjoys working on high-profile retail developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver retail projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Provide consultancy expertise and guidance on retail development projects.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within retail or supermarket projects.
- Strong consultancy experience.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- MRICS accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
- Willingness to travel as required.
