Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director- London
Up to £90,000 per annum + benefits
We are working with a leading construction consultancy to identify a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director to join their London team. This is a client-facing role, offering the chance to deliver some of the capital’s most high-profile projects across multiple sectors.
The Role:

Lead and manage cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects

Work directly with clients to provide strategic commercial advice

Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost planning, tender management, contract administration and final accounts

Contribute to business development and support the growth of the London office

Manage and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality outputs
Experience Required:

MRICS qualified is essential

Proven track record in consultancy environments with strong client-facing experience

Sector experience ideally spanning office, commercial fit out, PBSA, hospitality, and residential projects

Additional experience in life sciences would be a distinct advantage

Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills

Ability to lead projects independently while building long-term client relationships
