USA Relocation – Quantity Surveyors | Major Data Centre Schemes
I’m working with leading international consultancies delivering some of the most high-profile data centre developments globally.
Due to continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint UK-trained Quantity Surveyors who are open to relocating to the United States.
This is an opportunity to step into technically challenging, large-scale projects within the fast-growing hyperscale data centre market, gaining exposure to complex builds and global clients.
📍 Locations (Midwest US):
• Kansas City, Missouri
• Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Omaha, Nebraska
Package & Support:

Ideal Background:
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying
• UK passport holder (visa requirement)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cost Management
• Strong pre-contract and/or post-contract capability
• Consistent career history
• Single status (no unmarried dependents due to visa criteria)
