USA Relocation – Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager

Salary: $110K - $150K + 20 Days PTO + 401(K) + Health + Vision + Dental

Capstone is seeking Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers for major hi-tech and hyperscale data centre projects across the United States.

This opportunity is in collaboration with a globally renowned construction and property consultancy known for its technical excellence and commitment to employee development.

**Locations:** Omaha (NE), Kansas City (MO), Tulsa (OK)

**Visa & Relocation:** Fully sponsored

**Eligibility:** UK or Australian passport holders (single-status preferred)

**The Role:**

In this position, you will collaborate with end-user clients, general contractors, and design teams to deliver cost management services on large-scale, technically complex projects. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and presenting project budgets and forecasts

- Managing estimating, cost reporting, and variance analysis

- Leading value engineering and GC estimate reconciliation

- Procurement of GCs and consultants (RFPs, bids, negotiations)

- Post-contract cost control, change management, and payments

- Financial reporting, benchmarking, and project close-out

**About You:**

You should be a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in cost management, demonstrating strong pre- and/or post-contract capabilities and a consistent career history. Single status is preferred due to visa criteria.

Relocation criteria:

• UK or AUS passport holders - trained Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager - (visa sponsorship available – single or married)

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience (consultancy-side preferred) or contractor

• Stable career history

• Open to relocation and long-term progression in the US
