COST MANAGER

TIVAT, MONTENEGRO

SCOPE:

I am interested in speaking candidates with an interest in relocating to Montenegro. Here, you would be a key part of a friendly team at an international consultancy with excellent growth plans. The successful candidate would be based in the luxury seaside resort of Tivat, working on a high-end mixed-use development. This opportunity is an incredibly exclusive one, perfect for a candidate keen to experience another culture and a more temperate climate.

KEY EXPERIENCE:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience in commercial real estate and property sector with specific experience in delivery of residential and mixed use developments
  • Experience in pre contract services from feasibility through tendering , measurement of building works for estimating , reports , Project Cost Reporting , report writing and preparation of tender and contractual documentation.
  • Experience in procurement methods, strategies and forms of contracts , administration of contract procedures
  • Experience in post contact services , interim valuation applications , change management , extension of time claims etc.
  • Demonstratable experience in client interface and dealing with consultants , contractors and other stakeholders with confidence and assurance
  • Strong pre-contract experience and have managed the executed of multiple package procurement, with strong reporting up stream.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • To act as key point of contact for day-to-day successful delivery of cost managements services
  • To provide excellent service delivery to Clients
  • To ensure Client objectives are met through delivery of efficient cost management services from inception to handover.
  • Assist in leading the cost management team in Tivat to ensuring timeous delivery of high quality pre contract estimates, cost plans and post contract services , change management reports and contract administration responsibilities on a day to day basis
  • Assist in overseeing , producing ,presenting and dealing effectively with high quality procurement , tender documentation , contractual advice , project reports and the like to clients
