Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager / Associate will lead luxury construction projects from concept through completion, with a focus on international assignments. Frequent travel to Argentina and other global locations is required to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages
- Oversee construction sequencing, timelines, and milestones to meet programme deadlines
- Liaise with clients, designers, and consultants to ensure quality, scope, and budget control
- International travel
- Provide on-site leadership ensuring adherence to luxury specification standards
- Report regularly to the client on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Key Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proficient in Asta Powerproject
- Background in construction management with a strong understanding of project sequencing
- Experienced in fit-out within the luxury or high-end market
- Strong leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel internationally on a frequent basis
