The Client
Our client is a leading global construction consultancy operating across multiple sectors. They are recognised for delivering complex, high-profile projects for blue-chip clients, with a strong footprint across London and internationally.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the London Fit Out team. This role will lead the delivery of commercial fit out projects across retail, global headquarters, and hospitality sectors- many of which help shape London’s iconic skyline.
You will take ownership of project delivery, act as a key client-facing lead, and play an active role in supporting the growth and leadership of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out projects
- Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Provide leadership across internal project teams and external consultants
- Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Administer JCT contracts and manage commercial risk
- Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the built environment
- Proven experience leading commercial fit out projects
- Consultancy background essential
- Strong experience administering JCT contracts
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent)
- MRICS desirable but not essential
