Peter is a Senior Consultant based out of the London office with over 5 years’ experience recruiting into the Project Management and Development Management sector. Peter works with many of the top Building & Real Estate consultancies across the UK and internationally. He also works with client-side investors and developers.   

Peter graduated from The University of Reading with a BSc in Building Surveying.  With three years industry experience he fully understands the market and sector in which he operates and the requirements of both clients and candidates.   

Peter enjoys the consultative approach that Capstone has; closely partnering with clients, while building long lasting relationships with candidates throughout their careers. Outside the office Peter is often found partaking in various property networking and charity events, from running the Land Aid 10K, Jones Lang LaSalle 5K and attending MIPIM in Cannes.

Director - (Commercial Occupier) Salary £90,000 - £95,000 + Bonus + Benefits London Capstone's London Based Project Management division have a requirement for a Director level Project Manager to join one of the leading international consultancies based in London to work across some of their key accounts including banking, pharma and large global tech clients. The role will work on projects both in the UK and across the EMEA regions delivering office fit outs that are at the forefront of the occupier sector from carbon zero, sustainability, agile working and COVID secure. The Role As a Project Director within the developer team, you will be involved in the delivery of major development projects (£20m - £200m+) from inception through to completion.
