Peter works with many of the top Building & Real Estate consultancies across the UK and internationally. He also works with client-side investors and developers.   

Peter graduated from The University of Reading with a BSc in Building Surveying.  With three years industry experience he fully understands the market and sector in which he operates and the requirements of both clients and candidates.   

Peter enjoys the consultative approach that Capstone has; closely partnering with clients, while building long lasting relationships with candidates throughout their careers. Outside the office Peter is often found partaking in various property networking and charity events, from running the Land Aid 10K, Jones Lang LaSalle 5K and attending MIPIM in Cannes.

Senior Director - PMO Portfolio lead

£100000 - £120000 per annum + BONUS + BENEFITS     City of London, London

Client Portfolio Project Management Director About the company A world class project and programme management consultancy who manage Billions of capital expenditure in 50 plus countries across EMEA. This employer offers clients specific services needed from a qualified corporate real estate provider, supported by internal resources across the globe. They support occupier clients of all sizes through facilities management, project management, advisory and transaction services throughout the entire real estate project life cycle: from property search to planning and acquisition to design and construction, property maintenance and eventually asset disposal. About the role After a recent restructure and with ambitions to grow to a £250m plus global platform there has unearthed an opportunity for a Senior Director to join the business in the capacity of a Client Portfolio Project Management Director. You will be accountable for the following duties: Responsible for the growth and delivery of the project management services within a defined set of EMEA / Global client accounts and develop these accounts in line with the company's strategic business objectives. Work with between 20 and 60 embedded employees on client accounts and the oversight of the performance of project management delivery network of 1000 plus. Financial Performance: Budgeting, profitability, growth, forecasting and reporting on defined client accounts. Drive resources within the account to produce accurate capital plans upon which forecasting of revenue is to be based Set and achieve growth targets within the account for profitability and revenue generation. Client Management: Interact regularly with clients to ensure that goals and objectives are established and achieved. Work with and influence client towards diversification of services and adoption of total integrated project management solution Plan and implement cross selling initiatives to increase overall wallet share of project management revenue. Manages, lead and advise project management staff, global and regional PMO's and Alliance Directors embedded in the client organisation About you Education; Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/BEng). Minimum of 15 years of related progressive experience and/or training. Prior experience in a supervisory position (Direct reporting responsibilities) preferred. Additional industry recognised chartership or membership (PMP, RICS or MCIOB preferred) 15 plus years delivering project management services primarily as a consultant. Demonstrate long-term blue-chip client positions of significant responsibility. Experience of delivering full real estate life-cycle services having gained knowledge of project management from multiple perspectives. Experience in the management of revenue targets, people and client relationships is essential as well as Pan-European experience. Development Manager (Client Side - Historic Building)

Development Manager - Client Side (12 Months FTC) Salary £65,000 - £70,000 + 12% Pension + Package London Capstone's London based Project Management division are working exclusively on behalf of a leading professional body who have commenced a significant programme to review the future use of their stunning Grade II listed building located centrally in London, to look at various options of reconfiguring the space to maximise the value for their members. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an Iconic listed building to take this project from concept design, through to delivery and handover. The Role As the Development Manager the role will be to lead and deliver a significant reconfiguration of a historic building in the heart of London. The role will be to review options prepared by third party consultants including architects and space planners to identify the best option that enhances the current building for staff and members and increase the amount of revenue generated from the building with an emphasis on reducing its carbon footprint. Upon selection of the appropriate scheme the role will then be to manage the delivery of the associated works from inception through to completion and handover. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and numerous moving parts at once is essential. Key Responsibilities Demonstrable experience of working on prominent or Historical listed buildings and associated regulations is essential. Experience of delivering high end refurbishment projects from inception through to completion. Strong stakeholder management and presentation to board. Experience of managing external consultants and design teams Good working knowledge of all the main project management concepts, tools and techniques Attributes Ideally you will be degree educated and chartered.
