UK Project Manager | High-End Residential & Hospitality | California Projects | Remote (UK Based)
JDR Development Co. is looking to appoint a UK Project Manager to support the delivery of luxury residential and hospitality developments across California.
JDR Development is a rapidly growing California-based developer and general contractor, currently delivering exceptional projects across Napa Valley and Northern California. With revenues already exceeding $30m and ambitious plans for significant growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of its journey.
This role is ideal for someone looking to combine hands-on project delivery with long-term career progression. There is a clear pathway into a future Head of Project Management position as the company builds out its UK-based pre-construction and project management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Design coordination and programme management
• Budget and commercial support
• Consultant and contractor coordination
• Procurement and tender support
• Supporting field-based PMs and supervisors
• Identifying project risks and driving momentum
About You:
• 4–6 years’ experience within project management consultancy, development or client-side environments
• Strong understanding of construction delivery
• Experience across residential and/or hospitality sectors
• Commercially aware, proactive and highly organised
• Comfortable working remotely within an international team
• Ambitious and excited by growth opportunities
Location:
UK based (London/South East preferred)
