Position: Investment Director

Salary: Up to £150,000 plus bonus & benefits 

Location: Central London

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related field
• Master's Degree desirable
• Real Estate Background
• Private Equity, Finance, Investment experience
• Strategic focus / Business acumen
• Experienced negotiating / influencing skills
• People management / Strong communication skills / Motivation and teamwork
• Empowerment / delegation / Planning / organisational ability / Problem solving / decision making
• International experience

About the role:

• To set standardised reporting templates and oversee the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reporting, both operational and financial, in respect of the assets.
• Ensure a seamless integration with wider development and asset management processes to ensure integration within the wider strategic planning of the business.
• To oversee the preparation of project business plans and specific cash flow models, budgets and project risk registers.
• To monitor portfolio financial performance and propose asset allocation.
• To oversee the preparation of, and strategically review, development appraisals and business plans for new developments and portfolio acquisitions.
• To influence and direct strategy and operational decision making through options appraisal analysis.
• To provide due diligence on investment commitments and proactively question strategy and finance priorities.
• To oversee the sourcing, acquisition, disposal and management of assets under the guidance of the business.
• To oversee and implement strategies for raising debt and equity for transactions for existing and future projects.
• To manage deal management from inception to execution and manage the interface with the wider Group and its strategic goals for Project Financing.
• To manage a team to ensure delivery of the full Finance, Investment & Portfolio Management objective.
