Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 (dependent on experience)
We are supporting a privately owned, international real estate investment group with a long-term focus on luxury hospitality, mixed-use and landmark developments across Europe and Asia. The group is highly capitalised, family-owned and operates its own globally recognised luxury hotel brand, with a reputation for design excellence and long-term asset management.
They are currently delivering one of the most complex and prestigious hotel developments in Venice, involving the restoration of historic structures alongside new-build construction on a lagoon-facing site.
The Role
The Fit-Out Manager will be responsible for the on-site delivery of all interior works during the main fit-out phase, ensuring design intent, quality and programme are maintained to the highest luxury hotel standards. This is a hands-on, site-based role, working closely with the Project Director and wider consultant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all interior fit-out works including builder’s works and MEP coordination
- Ensure luxury design intent is fully realised on site
- Lead coordination of mock-ups, RFIs, design changes and contractor queries
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and compliance
- Act as the key on-site interface between international designers and local contractors
Candidate Profile
- Background in architecture, interior design or design-led construction
- Proven experience delivering luxury hotel interiors (high-end residential considered)
- Strong on-site construction and coordination experience
- Fluent Italian and good–fluent English
- Willing to be site-based in Venice
