Location: London (with international travel)

Lore Group is an international hospitality company that designs, transforms, manages and operates a collection of award-winning hotels.
We’re seeking a Director of Capital Projects to lead the delivery of high-value refurbishments, new openings, and strategic CAPEX programmes across Lore Group’s global portfolio.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design integration through to completion, ensuring every project enhances operational performance and delivers commercial value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hotel CAPEX and refurbishment programmes across multiple geographies.
- Partner closely with the in-house Lore Design Studio and senior leadership team.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, technical delivery, and contractor management.
- Ensure projects reflect the group’s design vision, brand standards, and sustainability goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and internal stakeholders, driving accountability and delivery.
About You:
- 10+ years’ experience leading complex hospitality or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen with a hands-on approach to delivery.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design, operations and engineering.
- Confident, collaborative and commercially minded, able to operate at group board level.
