Position: Director of Building Surveying

Location: London

Salary: up to £75,000 + Generous annual bonus and benefits

Capstone are recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious, multi-national firm of surveyors that are looking for an experienced Director to join their commercial offices team based in London. Working within a well-established, detailed, and meticulous team you will be assisting with complex projects as well as developing your niche within the company. About the role:

This role would suit an Associate Director or Director who is looking to move into a Project focused role. This opportunity would suit someone who can assist with business development as well as work well as part of a wider team to work throughout the project life cycle. The role also includes:

• Employers Agent
• Business development
• Undertaking full tender stage from start to finish
• Coordinating internal and external contractors
• Contract administration
• Face to face client engagement

About you:

• High attention to detail, well organised with a good initiative
• A team Player
• Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
• A desire to progress and generate new business
• Have a relevant degree within the RICS accredited Building Surveying pathway
• MRICS qualified
