Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: £65,000 per annum + bonus and benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique cost and project management construction consultancy based in Central London. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join a strong team to lead commercial occupier fit-outs and cut and carve refurbishments projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has grown disinterested working at one of the larger construction consultancies and is seeking a more bespoke approach to their projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in managing commercial fit-outs and refurbishments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard
• Ensure that project risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated to avoid any delays or cost overruns
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate
• Lead project team meetings, ensuring that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and that all project objectives are being met
• Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and that all works are carried out in accordance with legal and industry standards

Requirements:

• A degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in project management, ideally with a focus on commercial occupier fit-outs and cut and carve refurbishments
• Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
