Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: London

Package: Up to £75,000 pa + Package & Bonus

Are you a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record in delivering exceptional construction projects in the built environment? A global leader in construction and property consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their talented team.

Our client is an internationally renowned construction consultancy with a rich history and excellent reputation as an industry leader. The successful candidate will be focused on the delivery of projects across commercial, hospitality and residential sectors with exposure to blue chip clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance and input during the pre-construction phase, including feasibility studies and project planning.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures on-site.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, having successfully delivered construction projects as a consultant, contractor or developer.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
